First aged for 10 years – this aged grape vinegar is aged even further in increasingly small wooden barrels of oak, English oak, chestnut, mulberry & juniper. Concentrating over time, aromas & juices develop & acidity decreases, in this way, the vinegar acquires its sweet taste & unique dark colour.
Perfect for deglazing white meats, it also works well drizzled on prime rib or parmesan cheese. Consider it as an excellent accompaniement to strawberry fruit salad or ice cream.
